Information on the IXIS CIB/Natixis merger

As part of the merger operation initiated on November 17, 2006 and subject to the approval by the CECEI (Comité des établissements de crédit et des entreprises d’investissement: French Credit Institutions and Investment Firms Committee) and of its Extraordinary General Meeting, Natixis has absorbed its subsidiary IXIS Corporate & Investment Bank (IXIS CIB) on December 31, 2007 at midnight Paris time. As a result, IXIS CIB’s assets has been transferred to Natixis on the same date.
